Marine Warranty

We act on behalf of London and International Underwriters as Warranty Surveyors in different Marine Operations; i.e. checking and approval of loadouts, transportations and installation of steel jackets, concrete structures, modules and integrated decks, towed pipeline bundles, subsea installations, FPSOs and wind generators. Our staff of naval architects, structural engineers, master mariners and computer analysts combine engineering expertise and practical experience from offshore operations. Our in-house suite of computer programs allows for sophisticated numerical modeling, analysis and simulation of operations. We are able to use our combination of engineering expertise and practical experience to assist projects to a safe completion.

Certificate of Approval

For critical Marine Operations with higher risk for economic loss, the Warranty Surveyor shall approve the operations on site.

Statement of Compliance

For standard operations there with less risk for economic loss, the Warranty Surveyor will approve the documentation, i.e. third party verification of procedures and analyses, according to governing rules and regulations.

Surveys and Audits

As part of the Marine Warranty, approval of all vessels involved have to take place. The approval may be based on existing documentation or by an inspection by one of our experienced mariners.
